Brian Laibow serves as Independent Director of the Company. Before attending Harvard, Mr. Laibow worked at Caltius Private Equity, a middle market LBO firm in Los Angeles, as a senior business analyst at McKinsey & Company, and as an investment banking intern at J.P. Morgan. Mr. Laibow graduated magna cum laude with a B.A. degree in economics from Dartmouth College and studied economics at Oxford University.
