Tiffany Aldridge

Engagement & Outreach Officer
Having used an independent school access organization as a child to attend The Westlake School for Girls, Tiffany holds a deep appreciation for the life-changing experiences these schools provide and developed a passion to bring those same opportunities to other minority students. Her work prior to coming to the ISA highlights that passion as she served as the Events Director for The Fulfillment Fund and LA’s Promise Fund, two nonprofits dedicated to providing educational opportunities for under-resourced students and families. Tiffany believes in the value of community building and engagement. She serves on the board of the Inglewood Baseball Fund, is an active Jack and Jill Los Angeles Chapter Associate Member and Co-Chairs the Harvard-Westlake African American Alumni Network.
Tiffany is married and the proud parent of two Independent School Alliance alumni- her son attended St. Matthew’s Parish School and Harvard-Westlake School and her daughter, Pacifica Christian High School. A sports mom, through and through, you have a good chance of finding her in an LAX terminal as she travels to cheer on her son’s Harvard baseball team or daughter’s UNC Tar Heels gymnastics team. In the free time she has left, Tiffany loves to read, debate the news of the day, trying new restaurants and travel.
