Seema Jain is the Senior Director of Innovation at Salesforce, where she leads business strategy and customer-centric design for enterprise companies. With over 20 years of experience spanning consulting, technology, marketing, sales, and operations, Seema has a proven track record of driving digital transformation through a deep understanding of user needs and business impact. Prior to Salesforce, she was the VP of Professional Services at Mural and an Associate Partner at IBM following its acquisition of Bluewolf, where she founded and led Experience Strategy & Design. Her career began in the commercial insurance sector, where she underwrote property and casualty insurance.

Beyond her professional pursuits, Seema serves as a Board Member at the John Thomas Dye School and is an active supporter of the American India Foundation. Seema and her husband, Saurabh, are parents of two children who attend ISA member schools.
