Brent Epstein serves as a partner at Latham & Watkins, LLP where he advises public and private companies, investment banks, and financial sponsors on a full range of capital markets transactions and general corporate matters. He has represented issuers and investment banks in connection with a wide variety of capital markets transactions.

Additionally, Brent actively advises companies on public company matters, including securities law compliance and corporate governance.

Brent holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Santa Barbara. In 2008, he earned a JD from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, cum laude; in  addition to acting as Editor for the  Hastings Law Journal.
