Chloe Reihani Nerush
Self Emplyed
Born in Los Angeles to Iranian immigrants, I spent my formative years in a blend of cultures. At the age of 8, my family relocated to Mexico due to my father’s business in clothing manufacturing, providing me with a rich upbringing immersed in a new language and environment. Fluent in both Spanish and Farsi, this multicultural upbringing has shaped my worldview profoundly.
Returning to Los Angeles to pursue higher education, I attended UCLA where I earned a degree in Economics, laying the foundation for my career in commercial real estate. Over the past 15 years, I’ve garnered extensive experience with prestigious firms such as SBE, Hayman Advisors, and Beverly Hills Properties. Today, alongside my husband, I own a successful real estate company specializing in multifamily properties in Los Angeles and Dallas. Our ventures also extend to owning a thriving medspa in Santa Monica.
Beyond business, I am deeply involved in philanthropy. I have served on multiple non-profit boards, including the Society of Young Philanthropists and CECI. And currently, I am honored to contribute to the board of the La la land Kind Café Foundation, an organization dedicated to supporting individuals aging out of the foster care system.
My journey has been defined by a commitment to bridging communities, fostering opportunity, and making a tangible impact in both business and humanitarian efforts.
