Devika Chopra is an operations leader with experience building global teams, programs, and solutions across some of the world’s leading technology and entertainment companies. She moved to Los Angeles in 2014 to pursue her MBA at UCLA Anderson while leading Global Research Operations for Content at Amazon Studios. More recently, she heads up Global Research Operations at Netflix, partnering across Product, Member, and Content organizations to develop insights and solutions that inform business and customer experiences.

Devika earned her BA in Economics and International Relations from Mount Holyoke College and her MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management. As a recipient of graduate educational scholarships, she values access to education and mentorship. Devika is passionate about giving back through mentorship and internship opportunities, particularly for students navigating an increasingly complex educational and professional landscape. She is especially interested in helping families and students understand how emerging technologies, including AI, are reshaping education and creating new opportunities for the next generation.
