Hagop Boyaci is a Vice President at K1 Investment Management, a private equity firm that is one of the largest investors in small-cap enterprise software companies.

A first-generation college student, Hagop graduated Phi Beta Kappa from the University of California, Irvine, where he later earned his J.D. from the UC Irvine School of Law. During law school, he served as a Lead Article Editor for the UCI Law Review.

He resides in Westwood with his wife and their two young children. In addition to being fluent in three languages, Hagop serves on a number of corporate boards and is deeply committed to expanding access to education as a pathway to entrepreneurship for future generations.
