Madeleine Stolper has a comprehensive background in real estate development, encompassing corporate finance, investing, and physical construction. She began her career as an associate at The Georgetown Company, where she invested in, and developed, various real estate projects across the country. She then transitioned from owner to consultant as an Owner’s Representative, managing construction projects for educational and non-profit institutions. Madeleine most recently played a key role in overseeing the design and construction of Compass brokerage offices across the country as part of the company’s Expansion team, leveraging her expertise and background in both project management and real estate.
Beyond her professional career, Madeleine has worked with various non-profits, including the Netter Center for Community Partnerships, where she worked to improve educational opportunities and quality of life in underserved communities. She currently sits on the PS Arts & annual fundraising committee, helping to provide arts education in under-resourced schools and communities. She received a B.A. in Urban Studies from the University of Pennsylvania and an M.S. in Real Estate Development from Columbia University. She resides in Santa Monica with her husband and two small children.
