Saam Fouladgar is the founder and Managing Principal of Quantec, a boutique business-technology consulting firm that helps organizations bridge the gap between strategy and technology implementation. Based in Los Angeles, Saam brings more than 20 years of experience spanning technology consulting, hospitality, engineering services, media and entertainment, international banking, and strategy consulting.

Saam holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Virginia, where his studies in global affairs and social impact shaped a lasting interest in how systems can better serve people. He built his career in technology consulting—including roles at The World Bank, Metis Strategy, and over a decade at InterVision Systems, where he rose to Area Director for Southern California—before founding Quantec in 2024.

Outside of work, Saam enjoys spending time with his family in Los Angeles. Though displaced from Pacific Palisades by the 2025 wildfires, he still finds his way back to the beach and remains connected to the community he and his family called home. He is a passionate supporter of his daughter's wide-ranging interests, from spending time in nature to creative arts.

As the son of an immigrant family that deeply valued education but lacked the resources and access to navigate the independent school system, Saam serves on the ISA Advisory Council to help provide that opportunity for deserving families like his own. He believes the ISA's work enriches our community and plants seeds that will grow to improve our world.
