BRENT EPSTEIN

Partner, Latham & Watkins, LLP

Brent Epstein serves as a partner at Latham & Watkins, LLP where he advises public and private companies, investment banks, and financial sponsors on a full range of capital markets transactions and general corporate matters. He has represented issuers and investment banks in connection with a wide variety of capital markets transactions.

Additionally, Brent actively advises companies on public company matters, including securities law compliance and corporate governance.

Brent holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Santa Barbara. In 2008, he earned a JD from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, cum laude; in addition to acting as Editor for the Hastings Law Journal.

About Independent School Alliance

In March 1985, in donated space on the Windward School campus, the Independent School Alliance was founded with 18 original member schools, lead by founding Executive Director, Manasa Tangalin.

Working in partnership with families and schools, the Independent School Alliance helps our students access an independent school education and
supports and guides the family after a student is enrolled in a school.
